Our Individual Career Planning program supports students in 8th to 12th grade and young adults (18–24) as they explore their interests, strengthen their skills, and map out a meaningful career path. Through one‑on‑one coaching, participants gain clarity about their goals and the steps needed to achieve them.

Gene Xcellence wants to ensure that all teens and young adults should receive affordable opportunities to career and college advising services to make sure you are in alignment to your dream career. Qualifying participants can receive between 25% to 75% off the prices.
Scholarships are solely based on income.
